New internal video offer wall?

Hi all

This is sorta an add on to my last post but I was thinking maybe adding an internal video offer wall? I keep seeing offers approving from Matomy, VideoWall and Virool, this way you could pay INR to post your video on the video wall (Let's say a ref video) This gets the views up and in turn actually helps the site get more signups, the user gets more refs, so to me its a win win win situation.
